Install Foxycape PDF

It is an Obsidian community plugin. Search for it, enable it, and open a PDF from your vault.

   Open Settings → Community plugins and turn community plugins on.

   Browse community plugins, search for Foxycape PDF, then install and enable it.

   Open a PDF. In Foxycape PDF settings, turn on Use as default PDF viewer if you want existing vault links to open here.
